Freshly certified as Pilâtes instructor from Swiss Pilates & Yoga, where I discovered not only a new profession but also learned about a new passion of mine. Pilâtes has always been part of my journey as a dancer, to build strength and prevent injuries. Over time, however, I came to see a deeper meaning in it : the ability to support the body, mind, and overall well-being.
Pilâtes is a therapeutic discipline : it helps regulate the nervous system through mindful movement and breathwork, supports and protects the spine, and can be adapted for individuals living with spinal pathologies such as herniated discs and osteoporosis, it also improves posture and movement patterns, helping to address conditions such as scoliosis, hyperlordosis, and kyphosis. Pilates contributes to pelvic floor health and can help prevent urinary incontinence, as well as providing valuable support during pregnancy and the postpartum period, particularly in the recovery from conditions such as diastasis recti.
My goal is to share this practice with others and create a space where movement becomes a tool for healing, strength, and self-consciousness. Through Pilâtes, I hope to help each person to reconnect with their body and mind, cultivating lasting physical and mental well-being.
